Family Outreach Ride
Bikers Wanted
3rd Annual Family Outreach Ride
Jonathan Risinger is a 19 year old young man whose life was changed a few months back when he was involved in a deadly car crash that nearly took his life. On the scene he was pronounced dead only for the Lord to have other plans for him. Several times in his journey his family has been told his chances of making it were slim, but his will power had defied odds each time. Since his accident he has lost his home, which was robbed while he was in ICU, he also has no source of income due to the accident. His parents have been trying to bare the financial load, but their income has been cut in half due to hourly cut backs. They need home medical items and need a new vehicle just to bring their son home. While Jonathan tries to learn to do everyday things all over again.
Join with us on July 18, 2009 (rain date July 25th) at Langley Pond to lend a helping hand to Jonathan and his family. Gates open at 8:30am where complementary breakfast will be served and raffle tickets will be on sale for some impressive prizes. Bikes roll out, by police escort, at 10:30am in route to Jacks Custom Cycle in Lexington, SC where we will have door prizes and the raffle drawing, before departing to have lunch at Shealy's BBQ in Batesburg, SC.
